You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Contact Us
Message us on WhatsApp at +977 980-5400733 with your order ID and reason for return. Include photos of the item if it's damaged or defective.
We Confirm
We'll review your request and confirm the return within 24 hours. We'll guide you on how to send the item back or arrange pickup if you're in Bhairahawa.
Ship or Drop Off
Ship the item back to us, or drop it off at our store on Awa Road, Bhairahawa. For defective items, we cover the return shipping cost.
Get Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Want a different size, colour, or product? We're happy to exchange — just follow the same return process above and let us know what you'd like instead. If the replacement is a different price, we'll adjust accordingly.
If your order arrives damaged, do not throw away the packaging. Take photos of the package and the damaged item, and message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We'll send a free replacement — no return needed for damaged items under रू 1,000.
